5,6,7,8's woo hoo

Choose the song you want to turn into Skiffle, learn the Basic Chords on Guitar and then decide the Instruments that you will use to construct the Song. (Orchestration)

The easiest way is to use a lot of vocals, especially if your Bands playing skills are a little limited!

I chose 5678 to demonstrate this principle. I used a Bass, playing a ‘Boogie’ rift, A Washboard for percussion, Auto Harp for the three Basic Chords and four Kazoo Harmony parts for the melody or tune. (loads of noise!)

You can ‘Play’ each of the parts separately so you listen to the construction of the Song or play the whole Song with all the parts together.

Once you have ‘taken the Song to pieces’ you see how ridiculously easy it is!
That’s the Fun with Skiffle! It’s easy and it’s a good laugh.

Using the buttons, listen to each instrument playing its part of the song, and then listen to them all together playing the 5678 song.
