Pop Stars like Hank Marvin and Bruce Welch of The Shadows (ex Vipers skiffle Group) The Beatles(ex The Quarrymen skiffle Group) Rod Stewart, Rolling Stones and many more took the lead from Lonnie Donegan, The Vipers and Chas McDevitt with Nancy Whiskey! Skiffle Music swept across the U.K. and became a massive craze because it was catchy, easy to play and perform and was good fun.
